Through registering with our brokerage, we grant authorization to our REALTORS® to practice property management in the region of southern Alberta, effectively allowing our REALTORS® to broaden their client base. It is a privilege offered by our brokerage that may not be available with other brokerages.

At our brokerage, we specifically pay close attention to our newly recruited REALTORS® to ensure proper trainings, assistance and guidance. We hope to provide them with a comfortable, friendly and productive working environment to start their careers.

While you may be required to pay up to several hundreds of dollars for desk fee, monthly franchise fee and more to join other brokerages, we offer our REALTORS® affiliation with only an affordable desk fee with our 100% Commission Plan, $75 Monthly Fee, and $199 per deal for the first year. After first year, we negotiate at a commission rate that works for both the realtor and REXL Relaty.

Our brokerage is committed to providing our Agents with all of the essentials while maintaining a low fee structure so that our Agents can invest in their businesses. As our brokerage grows, we are constantly looking for ways to develop with, and better serve the rising number of members.
